Eigenvalues and Jordan Form for Rational Matrices - Jordan form for matrices with rational eigenvalues [V,J]=RATEIG(A) produces a matrix V whose columns contain the eigenvectors and generalized eigenvectors of A and a Jordan form matrix J such that J=VA*V where the eignevalues of A appear on its diagonal.This function is meant for academic exercises only.
